The groomsmen wore black suits.
The ceremony was a wonderful event in the stunning surrounding of the gardens.  Included in the
ceremony were sealed letters written by Nora and Ryan to each other that morning describing their expectations and feelings about their upcoming marriage which they intend to open on their 5th anniversary.  They put these into a container along with a bottle of unopened wine.
The reception was held in the grand ballroom of the Florian Gardens.  Dinner favors included
Wisconsin lottery tickets at each place setting.  I won $2.  Yes!!  Thank you .

Kaitlin was gorgeous in her sleeveless white gown and Darrin looked dashing in his tux.
One of the unique features of this wedding was the ring bearer - Lucas and flower girl -
Jasmine, who, being young, were pulled in a small wagon up the aisle.  Very cute, even
with Lucas being upset. In the recessional they had attached a sign saying 'Just Married'
and there were pop cans on string pulled behind them.  Fun!!
The wedding ceremony included a reading, music on the piano by Janelle Dachel,
a sand ceremony, and a giving of roses by the Kaitlin and Darrin to their mothers while the

Ceremony at The Plaza                           Signing the license                Rev Frank, Jenny, & Storm

The wedding ceremony of Storm and Jenny Harmon was held at The Plaza Hotel in
Eau Claire WI.   This was the largest wedding party Rev Frank and I had worked with so far.
The bridemaids wore beautiful gowns of blue and the groomsmen wore silver suits as did
Storm.  Jenny wore a sleeveless white gown.  The ceremony started with the ushers pulling
the runner up the aisle. Jenny was escorted up the aisle by her parents Chuck and Lori.
There was music performed during the ceremony by Daniel Olson, David Olson,
and Mike & Mary Kolstad.  Also included in the ceremony was a combining of
sand into a special picture frame that held a picture of the Storm and Jenny.
There was a bit of a struggle with that cause the hole was so small but it turned out great.
Shortly after the ceremony the guests walked over to the Great Ballroom at the Plaza
for tasty appetizers and cocktails while some pictures were taken of the wedding party.
Both Storm and Jenny are from the local area so there were lots of guests at the reception.
Dinner was served buffet style. The crowd had to create a scenario for kissing which was
then copied by Storm and Jenny.  Very interesting idea......  We had a blast.
Congratulations to both Storm and Jenny on their marriage.  May you enjoy many years
of happiness together!!

countryside ambience for the wedding ceremonies held there.
Before the wedding, Eric's Mother - Jan, asked Rev Frank if God or Jesus would be
present today.  Rev Frank assured her that God & Jesus would be present, tears came to
her eyes.

stunning white suit. Included in the wedding ceremony was a reading by Eric's sister.

        Kamp Kenwood

The wedding ceremony of Sean and Kendelle Hanke was performed at Kamp Kenwood near
Chippewa Falls WI on the shores of Lake Wissota.  The Campground recently added this gazebo which
makes a wonderful background setting for weddings.  There was also a tent for shade or rain that
the guests were seated under. The weather was a perfect June day for our lovely couple and their
guests.
The Bride Kendelle wore a sleeveless dress and her bridemaids gowns were a beautiful shade of
green.  The ceremony started with Sean escorted by his mother- Maria and his father- Kurt.
A runner was then rolled down the aisle, and next came the wedding party followed
by the ring bearers Brady and Brett plus the two precious flower girls- Kalynn and Emma who
dropped petals as they walked up the aisle.  So Cute!!!  The procession continued with Kendelle
being escorted up the aisle by her father- Mark and her mother- Pam.
The ceremony included a reading by Tammy Schenk and a special releasing of two balloons
for Grandmother Doris Lee who recently passed.  We continued with a Sand Ceremony that was
performed in the gazebo by Sean and Kendelle.  By then it was a little humid and sticky which made
it a bit hard to get the wedding rings on.
After the ceremony guests enjoyed cocktails by the lake and the children had fun jumping in the
air filled tent castle.  Lots of energy going there.  The reception was held in the Lodge.
The dinner included Cole Slaw & Macaroni salads, Mashed Potatos, Gravy, Sage Dressing,
Baked Chicken, Ham, and Bread.  Very Scrumpious!!!  During dinner Sean ran a slide show of his and
Kendelle's past.  Very fun to see the changes.

their lives.

Logan and her father.  Rev Frank said prayer blessing.

Tushar and Krista Garg - 5/15/11

Krista with her parents                           Ceremony at Florian Gardens       Tushar, Krista & Rev Frank Nowak

The wedding of Tushar and Krista Gard was held at the Florian Gardens in Eau Claire WI.
The weather was truly perfect for this celebration of the deep love between Tushar and Krista.
The grounds at the Florian Gardens were full of tulips and daffodils that were in full bloom that
day.  Incredibly beautiful.
Tushar and Krista met at the University of Minnesota after seeing each other many times on
a bus commute.  Their relationship is filled with adventure as Tushar is from New Delhi, India.
Tushar and Krista have traveled to many foreign lands already as pictures of their engagment show.
Their first wedding ceremony took place in India and a second ceremony in Portland OR where
they currently live.  This ceremony was the third for the relatives of Krista who live in the area.
Attending the wedding were many friends and relatives of Tushar that flew here from India.
The native dresses of the Indian women were colorful and fascinating to see here in Eau Claire.
Tushar was escorted up the aisle by his parents and Krista was escorted up the aisle by
her parents. The wedding ceremony included two readings and music by the Rick Hillman Family.
Flutes were played during the seating and the Hillman Family played trumpets during the ceremony.
A sand ceremony was performed by Tushar and Krista. They are fortunate to be able to celebrate
so many different customs around the world. The guests were released by Krista and Tushar.
Following the wedding ceremony a reception was held inside the Florian Gardens main room.
Rev Frank started off the dinner with a prayer.  Dinner consisted of two buffets of ethnic foods-
one line was American and the other line was Indian foods.  I chose the American, although
I heard the Indian food was excellent. Another common custom here is the clinking of glasses
which signals the bride and groom to kiss.  In India though, it is uncommon for any kind of
public displays of affection which was overcome by Krista and Tuschar with proper Kisses to
the cheek only. Something new for us to witness.
Rev Frank had a personal connection to this family as he is a distant cousin of Kristas and
we enjoyed dining with Rev Frank's Father- Bud and Aunt Virginia.  Also on the table were
flavored cupcakes as a center piece and for dessert there was cheesecake with berries
and wedding cake .  A True Feast.
For Tushar and Krista, we wish you many adventures as you travel around the world and
through life together. Congratulations to you on your third wedding!!!  Absolutely, fantastic!!!!
